Kauthara Resort is located in Cam Ranh Bay. The site is stretched along 500 m private beach front. Approached on the ocean highway, the site and its surrounding exhibits a captivating, and incomparable picturesque beauty. The total build-out scope is 48 villas (56 keys) and will be completed in 2 phases. An important part in this resort design is its sustainability and wellness focus, including flood protection, landscape and cultural conservation, smart use of water and energy for dry climate zone, and WELL features. Targeted at Green Grobe certifycation, the project is in vicinity of well known destinations like Hilton, Four Seasons, Hyatt Regency and Aman Resort.
